This 14-day package costs £2,100, which includes expenses across all five stops and return flight from Seoul to Jeju Island. Please note that it excludes international flights.

    This Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page will quickly answer questions you may have about joining the Discover Korea: Hallyu & Beyond travel package. For any other enquiries, please contact info@hallyucon.co.uk.
  • 📅 When is the trip?
    The trip departs on Saturday, 11 April 2026 and lasts for 14 days, exploring Seoul, Suwon, Gyeongju, Busan and Jeju Island.
  • 💰 How much does it cost?
    The full package is available at £2,100. This includes accommodations, selected activities, internal travel within Korea and most meals. International flights are not included.
  • 🔐 How do I secure my spot?
    Just pay a 10% deposit to reserve your place. Spaces are limited and going fast! To secure your place, please click here, where you'll be taken to the Dragon Trip site.
  • 📆 When is full the payment due?
    The remaining balance is due 70 days before the departure date. Payments made after this date are non-refundable.
  • 🚫 Are the deposits refundable?
    No, all deposits are non-refundable, so make sure you’re ready to commit before booking.
  • 📍 Who is this trip for?
    Anyone aged 18 and over with a love for Korean culture, a sense of adventure and an open mind! Whether you're into K-pop, K-dramas, Korean food, or traditional art — this trip is for you.
  • 🎥 Will I be on camera?
    This programme will be filmed for a online content. While participation in filming is encouraged to capture the authentic journey, it's optional - you can let us know if you'd prefer not to be on camera.
  • 🎂 What’s the vibe of the trip?
    Fun, immersive and chill. This isn’t a packed tour with no breathing room. You'll get a balance of bucket list moments, cultural deep-dives and free time to explore or just relax.
  • 🍜 What kind of activities can I expect?
    Food markets, cooking classes, K-pop dance workshops, temple visits, group games, local nightlife, beach days and more. Think everything from walk along waterfalls, local markets to traditional tea ceremonies.
  • 🧳 What should I bring?
    Comfortable clothes for walking, a few nicer outfits for photos or group dinners, power adapters (Korea uses 220V) and your excitement! A full checklist will be sent closer to departure.
  • 🧭 Who’s running the trip?
    This trip is organised in collaboration with Dragon Trip, a trusted adventure travel provider and hosted by Hallyu Con, the UK’s leading Hallyu platform. It is also supported by the Korean Tourism Organisation UK.

  • CAN I ONLY GET INTO THE VENUE WITH MY E-TICKET?
    You need a valid e-ticket to attend the Hallyu Con 2024 event on September 22 at Samsung KX. At the venue, during the events, you will need to show your ticket to be given a wrist band (or similar) according to your ticket band. You may leave and re-enter the space after showing your wristband.
  • WHAT TYPE OF ID SHOULD I BRING?
    We accept passports, UK driver's licenses or provisional licenses and government recognised ID cards. Please note that all ID presented should be physical.
  • CAN I CANCEL OR REFUND MY TICKET FOR HALLYU CON 2024?
    In specific circumstances, you may cancel or refund your ticket for Hallyu Con where applicable. If you can not make it to the event due to unforeseen circumstances, please email us at hallyu.enquiries@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • ARE THE PROGRAMME TIMES AVAILABLE?*
    The full programme for Hallyu Con 2024 - Where Korea Meets You, taking place on Sunday September 22, will be shared by the end of August across all Hallyu Con official online channels. *Please note that timings and the programme are subjected to changes.
  • MAY I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS TO HALLYU CON 2024?
    You can take food and / or drinks onto site but it must only be consumed in the designated areas. Please note that you will be responsible for cleaning up your rubbish. Failing to do so may result in you being asked to leave the venue premises.
  • MAY I BRING ANY ALCOHOL TO THE EVENT?
    No, there won't be any alcohol sold at the venue and the festival is strictly a non-alcohol event. You cannot bring any liquid related to alcohol to the venue. Failing to do so may result in being asked to leave the venue premises.
  • MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHERS?
    We welcome media coverage at Hallyu Con 2024. Please send us your profile to hallyucon.pr@gmail.com and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
  • IMPORTANT NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
    When you attend an event or Experience Session of Hallyu Con, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Hallyu Con and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such recorded media. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
