Hallyu Con 2025 FAQs
Hallyu Con 2025 is an event open to everyone. Where applicable, tickets will be on sale for those 11+. Anyone under the age of 11 won't need a ticket to attend the event, but they will need a guardian who is 18+ and a ticket holder to attend with them.
The event will require a ticket to guarantee attendance. Tickets are available through links in our website, social media or Eventbrite accounts. Please note that places will be limited and timings and the programme are subjected to changes.
Please do NOT buy tickets from re-sellers or third parties as we cannot guarantee those tickets will be genuine (or have not been resold multiple times).
You need a valid e-ticket to attend the Hallyu Con 2025 event on November 21 at Samsung KX.
At the venue, during the events, you will need to show your ticket to be given a wrist band (or similar) according to your ticket band. You may leave and re-enter the space after showing your wristband.
We accept passports, UK driver's licenses or provisional licenses and government recognised ID cards.
Please note that all ID presented should be physical.
In specific circumstances, you may cancel or refund your ticket for Hallyu Con where applicable.

The full programme for Hallyu Con 2025 - Where Korea Meets You, taking place on Friday, November 21, will be shared by the end of October across all Hallyu Con official online channels.

You can take food and / or drinks onto site but it must only be consumed in the designated areas.
Please note that you will be responsible for cleaning up your rubbish. Failing to do so may result in you being asked to leave the venue premises.
No, there won't be any alcohol sold at the venue and the festival is strictly a non-alcohol event. You cannot bring any liquid related to alcohol to the venue. Failing to do so may result in being asked to leave the venue premises.
When you attend an event or Experience Session of Hallyu Con, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.
Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Hallyu Con and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such recorded media.
You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
