Hallyu Con Community – Prize Draw Terms

By entering, you accept these terms and conditions:

1. The Promoter is Hallyu Con, a registered community in England whose registered office is The Exchange, Croydon, London.

2. No purchase is necessary.

3. Each member of the Hallyu Con Community (referred to as “Community”) will receive entries for specific Community activities they take part in.

4. The prize draw is by online entry only. Internet access is therefore required. Entry will be open from the opening date until 23:59 on the closing date.

5. One entry per person per activity taken part in per prize draw. Entries by third parties are not accepted.

6. If members wish to participate in the research but opt out of the prize draw then they are able to do so by emailing to us at hallyu.enquiries@gmail.com.

7. If winners are unable to take the prizes for whatever reason, a redraw will take place. Please note that a maximum of three (3) redraws will take place.

8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.

9. Prize draws may feature in other promotional material.

10. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and the Community Privacy Notice.

11. By entering the promotion, all entrants acknowledge that their personal data may be used by the Promoter and their respective service providers, suppliers and contractors for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the prize draw. Entrants agree that this includes without limitation that the Promoter may contact them if there is an issue with the prize draw. Further details of how any personal data will be used are set out in the Community Privacy Notice and entrants agree to this use of their personal data when they participate in the Promoter’s prize draws.

12. Prizes are awarded at the Promoter's discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.

13. Closing date for receipt of all entries is 23:59 on the last day of each activity deadline, unless specified otherwise and winners will be pulled within 15 days of the closing date.

14. Prize draws are open to all Community members, excluding employees (and immediate families) of the Promoter, their affiliated companies or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.

15. Winner(s) will be randomly selected from all entries after the closing date. The winner will be notified by email within 15 days of the draw date. The identity of the independent person who supervises the draw is available on request.

16. For each prize draw there will be two (2) prizes in all, consisting of two (2) £25 prizes with an aggregate total of £50 in prizes.

17. Winning members will be asked to choose how they wish to redeem their prize - vouchers, purchase of goods/services for the same amount or charity donations are available for prize winners.

18. Prizes will be fulfilled within 2-4 weeks.

19. Winner(s) accept prizes at their own risk.

20. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
